If a severe technical malfunction in our backend services (such as API server outages or auth service failures) prevents you from using the App for more than 48 consecutive hours, we will issue a prorated refund or extend your active subscription period by a reasonable duration. This is determined at our sole discretion upon receiving verification logs.
