At Garage India, we strive to provide the best-in-class workspace management tools for automotive workshops. Because we value customer satisfaction, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policies below in a clear and transparent manner.
1. Subscription Refund Window
7-Day Trial Refund: We offer a 7-day full refund guarantee on your first subscription purchase (either Monthly or Yearly plans). If the App does not meet your business needs, notify us within 7 days of the payment date, and we will issue a full refund.
Post 7-Days: All subscription payments are non-refundable after the first 7 days of purchase. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused days in a billing cycle.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Manual Renewal: Garage India plans are billed via Razorpay payment links and do not enforce automatic card debits. We will not auto-deduct funds from your bank account or card.
Cancellation Request: To cancel future billing cycles, you can simply ignore the renewal link, or let us know by emailing support@ifarmertechnologies.com.
Duration: Upon cancellation, your workspace retains access to premium tools until the current billing cycle expires. Once it expires, your workspace will automatically revert to the Free tier, and you will not lose your local device data.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
If a severe technical malfunction in our backend services (such as API server outages or auth service failures) prevents you from using the App for more than 48 consecutive hours, we will issue a prorated refund or extend your active subscription period by a reasonable duration. This is determined at our sole discretion upon receiving verification logs.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Method: Approved refunds are credited directly to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) used to initiate the purchase.
Gateway: All refunds are processed through our payment partner, Razorpay.
Timeframe: The refund will reflect in your account within 5–7 business days from the date of approval, subject to your banking institution's processing cycles.
