Data Safety Declaration

This document details our data safety configuration to assist you in verifying the information needed for Google Play's Data Safety form. Garage India is built on privacy-first principles where all workspace operational databases stay local to your device.

Data Collection & Sharing Summary

Below is a summary of the data collected by our application and what parts are transmitted outside your device.

Android Permissions Declared

The App requests the following permissions. You must disclose these when configuring your Play Store listing:

Camera	`android.permission.CAMERA`	Needed only if you choose to take a photo of your workshop logo directly to include on invoices.
Gallery Read	`android.permission.READ_MEDIA_IMAGES` `android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE`	Needed if you choose to select an existing logo image from your device's photo gallery.
Haptics	`android.permission.VIBRATE`	Used to provide minor tactile vibration feedback during interface selections.

Security Practices

Data Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted from the App (phone authentication, profile metadata) is encrypted in transit using secure HTTPS protocols (SSL/TLS).
Local Encryption: Workspace database files (job cards, contacts, invoice items) are stored on the device's sandbox. It is safeguarded by device-level sandboxing.
Account Deletion: Users have the right to request deletion of their account profile. You can invoke this through https://garage.ifarmertechnologies.com/account-delete or by writing to support@ifarmertechnologies.com.
